After the divorce she and her mother migrated to United States when she was three years old. Catherine and her mother lived in Los Angeles, where they stayed, at first, with her mother's parents. During Catherine's early school years Catherine was a tall, skinny kid that got straight A's and wore glasses - in junior high she programmed a computer game.
